GROUPON COUPON OFFER TERMS OF SERVICE:

1-The coupon will substitute the original service price for true %50 less. 1-Groupon coupon is valid only for new reservations only and will not replace existing ones. 2-Pick up locations are limited to the following: Bucks County:Radisson Hotel parking lot located at corner of US RT 1 & Old Lincoln Highway in Trevose Pa Delaware County: Philadelphia Intl Airport Terminal A-West Departures Under British Airways Sign. Philadelphia County: 30th Street Station from 29th street entrance Montgomery & Chester Counties: Crowne Plaza Hotel Parking Lott 4100 Presidential Blvd 19131. New Jersey: Wyndham Hotel Parking lot located at 1111 US RT 73 North Mt. Laurel NJ 08054 4-Additional $25 fee per reservation must be paid if using 4:00-5:00 am shuttle to Newark / JFK and 8:30-09:00 am from Newark / JFK. 5-Advance booking notice of 48 hours or more to make reservations is required. 6-Advance notice of 48 hours or more to change reservation. Cancellations are non refundable. 7-Coupon valid for use for all reservations made on or before 03/10/2011.   All other terms listed below will also apply to all services in addition to these limitations.

Shared Ride (Shuttle)

• Reservations required at least 48 hours in advanced to guarantee price and time availability
• Prices and door to door service are those indicated in service and rates pages, However, prices and pick up locations from other areas may vary.
• Schedules for pick up will be assigned the evening before travel and pick up time will vary slightly from posted schedule according to location. Return time from Newark/JFK Airport may vary up to an hour from posted times to allow for arrival or baggage retrieval of other travelers.   
• All efforts are made to maintain a timely schedule, However, Super Trans will not be responsible for any delays resulting from traffic, weather or mechanical difficulties.  Passengers are urged to allow extra amount of time before departure.
• Luggage are restricted to 2 suitcases (not exceeding 27”x18”x10” in size and no more than 50 lb each) and 1 small carry on bag.  No bulky items, animals or boxes will be transported without prior arrangement.
• Car seats must be provided when traveling along with children 3 years old or less. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by other responsible adult.
• No smoking or alcohol drinks are allowed during travel on our shuttles. Rest area stops are available upon request.
• Returning passengers must provide correct date, time and flight information of return. This information is recorded on  the return voucher portion given to every traveling party. Please review your voucher and notify our office if correction needs to be made.  Reserved but unexpected arrivals will be accommodated upon availability. No show passengers will be cancelled without refund.
• Delayed arrival will be accommodated upon availability on following shuttles. 
• Prices and schedules are subject to change without notice
• Full refund of prepaid fare is available with at least 48 hours advance notice, due to flight cancellations or with inability to travel due to serious illness.
• Driver tips are not included in the fare but left to customer generosity. (Average rate is %15).      
• Super Trans reserve the right to sublet any transportation reservation to other carrier in case of emergency.  

  Non-Shared Ride (Private) 

• Reservations required at least 48 hours in advanced to guarantee price and time availability
• At least %50 of total fare deposit is required when reservation is placed. 
• All efforts are made to maintain a timely schedule, However, Super Trans will not be responsible for any delays resulting from traffic, weather or mechanical difficulties.
• Delayed Private arrivals are subject to waiting time charges [first hour – no charge, every additional hour will be at $40 per hour delaying time]
• Prices and schedules are subject to change without notice Full refund of prepaid fare is available with at least 48 hours advance notice, due to flight cancellations or with inability to travel due to serious illness.
• 18% gratuity will be added to total fare.
• $250 cash deposit is required for limos and buses booked for bachelor/bachelorette party, weddings, birthday party or any group transfer for vehicle interior damage and it is refundable at the end of the service.  
• Super Trans reserve the right to sublet any transportation reservation to other carrier in case of emergency.
